Royal Roast Beef & Seafood opens.

Operated by brothers Steven and Peter Hios, it is located at 752 Bennington Street. Known for its roast beef and chicken kabob sandwiches, the restaurant is taken over by Steven’s son and daughter, John and Efstathia Hios in June 2015. It closes temporarily due to a kitchen fire in late 2018.
